An unboxing video is compulsory for any issue to be considered.
• The video must be recorded within 24 hours of delivery
• It should be clear, continuous, and unedited, showing the package opening from start to finish

14-Day Easy Exchange Policy

We offer a smooth and hassle-free exchange within 14 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

• Wrong Item Received
→ Exchange with the same item
• Size Issue
• Rings → Exchange with the same variant
• Bangles → Exchange with the same variant
A ₹100 shipping & handling charge will apply for size-related exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

1. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.

2. Order Confirmation

Please review your order carefully before confirming. By placing an order, you agree that cancellation requests will not be accepted.

3. Customized & Personalized Jewellery

Customized or personalized jewellery is non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
